The staff was absolutely fantastic. They had my order made really fast. They're super friendly there. The donuts and coffee were super fresh. I'll be back again soon. Thank you! Before I do this review, I just want you to know that I love Dunkin donuts. I love the coffee! I love the food. I love everything about it. But what I don't like is bad service. Me and my mother are regulars at Dunkin donuts. We enjoy our coffee together and our donuts. My mom works the night shift, 10pm-6am and when my mom gets off work in the morning she wants a coffee and nice donut. Well, recently last week she went there and wanted her Pittsburgh creme-filled donut with her medium frozen coffee and extra caramel swirl as usual. Well this was about 6:10am in the morning when the donuts SHOULD BE FRESH. she got a donut that was HARD AS A ROCK. AND THIS IS EARLY IN THE MORNING AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE SHOULDN'T BE GIVING OUT STALE DONUTS. They should be fresh first thing in the morning. It had to be from the night before. This is unacceptable. Do better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20
