This place closes at 10 pm and when I got there they still had 15 min left. As soon as the short girl saw me she turned off the lights, like she didn’t want me to step inside, which I thought was rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whoever works the afternoon shifts are great. I’ve had horrible experiences with people who are opening. In the morning I’ve ordered a refresher maybe 5 different times WITH lemonade and every time without fail it’s made with green tea. A coupe of those times I’ve went up and ask them to remake it with lemonade. The lady gave me a dirty look kind of like “why are you making me do my job?” Then “remade it” but not with lemonade with green tea AGAIN. Whenever I ask for a bagel with cream cheese there’s no cream cheese on it. My food is always burnt or not cooked at all. Horrible service. I recommend new employees. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dunkin donuts introduced it's Midnight dark roast a long while ago and for me it's there best coffee and only hot coffee I'll buy at their shops. That being said, while it's a quick brew, some Dunkin' employees have mentioned that they are supposed to brew a fresh pot every time someone orders Dunkin' Midnight, even if it's just one cup. But they don't! Instead they'll sell you whatever cold, rancid and sickening cup size you order and lie to you if you question it's freshness. Normally I'll have 1 to 2 cups of coffee in a day. The days I want that second cup is because I'm rushing, really need the boost and/or the warming comfort to carry on with my appointment(s). Being met with a major disappointment from one of the ELEVEN Dunkin Donuts available within my local travels wasn't enough on Monday, April 1st I got sick immediately following the coffee that wasn't freshly brewed. The Midnight has a premium price of at least one dollar more than the regular brew, out of ELEVEN shops only one follows protocols (on occasion), now food borne illnes...nothing is worth that misery. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
