I went to order a drink yesterday and use my stars for a free drink. The lady that was a cashier told me she was sorry she didn't know how to use my points for a free drink. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't have the app that's why she doesn't know how. I'm sure I'm not the only person that user app at Dunkin donuts to redeem their points for drinks 0/10 would not go back to Willard dunkin's and will be telling others the same. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10
