Ordered large iced coffee with EXTRA almond milk and two Splenda. Had no Splenda. When given the iced coffee, I advised the person that I had asked for extra almond milk and it didn’t look like there way any. He proceeds to check with the dude that made it; they said they did put extra almond milk. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, you be the judge. Took one sip and knew there was zero drops of almond milk (no milk product whatsoever) and also no Splenda. One thing to make a mistake, but then to double down and claim that you did put extra almond milk is idiocy compounded on top of incompetence. (It was not busy whatsoever). Photo attached. Not sure how they mess my order up every time but they do. Donuts are fire. Coffee is meh, most of the time too sweet. People are nice. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Don't bother coming here in the morning. Terminally understaffed, a simple order can take up to 30 minutes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
