I’m always here and the staff are so friendly specially to Mubarah the Filipino guy and Saleh. They treat customer very well. The store are Clean and they are so attentive to everything specially the needs of customer. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a very bad experience at Dunkin today around 10:30 PM. I visited the store and simply asked the staff about a cheesecake item. Instead of answering politely, the staff responded in a rude and disrespectful way. Their tone was offensive and completely unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service environment. Staff should be trained to التعامل with customers respectfully, even for simple questions. What I experienced felt like verbal abuse, not service. I strongly urge the management to review CCTV footage from around 10:30 PM and take strict action against the staff involved. Incidents like this damage the reputation of the brand and should not be ignored. Proper training and accountability are needed to ensure this does not happen again. Service: 1
