Really had a very bad experience today 6/8/26 around 1:52 i visit the place and ordered in the drive thru the staff that I spoke and took my is very rude! And strawberry frappe is not available matcha not available he doesn't even understand what I'm ordering. This made me decide not to visit this place anymore. Im not sure which country this guy from but he needs to respect all the client even though im not a local but ive been visiting this place a lot of time before experiencing good with the Filipino staff but for today not professional and I won't go back to this branch any more! If you can review the camera so you can see how Ive been treated by your staff today! I hope the management will take an action about this matter. Thank you in advance.

I honestly love coming to this Dunkin branch, and a huge reason is Joy. She always greets everyone with the sweetest smile and such positive energy - she genuinely makes my mornings better every time I stop by. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a simple coffee run feel so welcoming.
