You know the sloth DMV scene in Zootopia? That’s the experience I had. My boyfriend and I stopped at this Dunkin on our way up to the Detroit airport. I put my mobile order in at 9:36am for two iced coffees, two wraps, and a sandwich. We left at 10am with everything but a coffee. I had already asked for my mobile order and was told they were working on my drink, about 5-10 more minutes passed, and we decided we couldn’t wait anymore. I’m out of a drink and the money it cost, but there were about 2-3 other people pressing for coffees too and saying it’s the longest they’ve ever waited. I for one have never had to wait 30 minutes at another Dunkin ESPECIALLY FOR DRINKS. My food was done at least 10 minutes before my one drink, and the other one I just left at the store and took a loss. Shoutout to the kitchen worker(s) holding it down. Ordered their new oreo drink through the app. Got halfway through the drink when I crunched on something hard, thought it was an oreo but when I spit it out in my hand it was the tip of someone’s fake nail. Yeah freaking disgusting will never go back there!!! Meal type: Other Service: 1

Food was sub-par...not hot or fresh tasting. Caramel craze iced coffee was too sweet compared to other Dunkin's that I've had. Hash brows were soggy and greasy. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
