This will be the last time we order from Dunk's Public House. We ordered what was supposed to be a cod fish dinner, but instead got fish balls and fries. $14 for this? Unbelievable. And let's not forget last week when we called to place an order. We were put on "hold" for 10 to 15 minutes while we could clearly hear conversations happening in the bar. Nobody ever came back to the phone. That's not being busy... that's just unprofessional. It's really disappointing to see how far the food and service have gone downhill. John, the former owner, took pride in this place, and I honestly think he'd be rolling in his grave if he saw what it's become. We gave them multiple chances, but we're done. ️

The bathroom was a disaster. There was feces on the bathroom floor. To their credit, staff cleaned it up quickly, but after seeing that and continuing to eat, I ended up getting sick and could not even eat my meal. I ordered tacos, and there was BBQ sauce all over the outside of the taco shells. It made the food messy and unpleasant to eat. If I wanted sauce covering my hands, I would have ordered ribs instead. The tacos were so messy that they gave extra shells with the order. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern afterward. I do not remember receiving any apology regarding the bathroom situation, the food quality, or the overall experience. Between the unsanitary bathroom conditions, getting sick afterward, and the poorly prepared food, this was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. I'm a very picky eater, but I absolutely love the sloppy joe from here. I haven't been able to eat inside the restaurant yet, but I'm looking forward to trying more of the food...
