Usually love this location because the staff is so great and bubbly, but today was a letdown. I pre-ordered on the app and asked about the Route 92 package I saw, but the person at the drive-thru window had no idea what I was talking about and was actually quite rude about it. I looked back on the app just now and realized that the package isn't even available today. It will be available on Friday. So I stand corrected on that part.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Dutch Bros Coffee because the drinks are great and most of the employees are friendly and welcoming. However, their mobile order system needs to be better!! There have been multiple times where I place an order and it is not ready at pick up time. I can sometimes wait a few munites but at least two times I've had to wait over 10 minutes. Another issue is that I customize my order to have light ice and that NEVER happens Since I do mobile order and already have to wait for my drink to be ready, I don't ask the staff to fix it What's the point of pick up time and customizing the drink when it is not going to be followed? **Picture as proof that they did not do light ice Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
