Great variety of customizable drinks. Food items are small for the price. Merchandise and sticker incentives frequently gone before 9 am.

This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever visited. I love Dutch Bros coffee and know that they don’t use a speaker system for their lines because they prefer a face to face experience. There are rarely ever people taking orders outside to speed things up, on the two occasions I’ve had my order not taken at the window, both people didn’t spin around their tablet to give me the option to select a tip, they simply let me know I could tip $1-$4 or even more and waited till I told them to select how much I wanted to tip (insinuating $0 isn’t an option). I generally tip cash at the window but just the principle is beyond frustrating. When you do get to the window, I’m not joking, almost every person that appears high school aged is generally kicked back “chilling.” Sometimes there will be one younger kid running nearly the entire joint while everyone else is on social hour… No wonder the line backs up with up to 15+ cars? And if you think you can beat the system by ordering ahead, when I have done that 20+ minutes ahead, they don’t start making it till I get to the walk up window. I feel really bad for the handful of people here that actually work. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
