After being the second person in line, I waited over 30 mins for 2 drinks. The lady in front of me was very frustrated as well (she was there a-least 10 mins before me) Meaning she probably waited 40 mins for her 3 drinks. We both had children with us that we had to attend to as well. I saw multiple people go through the drive through afterwards and get their drinks, yet we were still standing in the heat. There should be a better system in place!! I actually had to wait so long that my child had to use the restroom, yet there are none at the location. At this point I was just going to leave and bite the bullet on the money I spent. When I finally got my “smoothie,” it was just blended ice with a flavored syrup. I saw an advertisement for a smoothie here and I wanted to try it. I’m so disappointed. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After trying Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time today, I must say that they exceeded my expectations on every level! The atmosphere was lively yet cozy at the same time; but most importantly - their espresso tasted divine without breaking bank account either (very reasonably priced). Kudos guys keep up good work! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
