I cannot understate the kindness showed to my partner as she picked up our coffees today. We wanted to share the photos of Roo enjoying his Rainbow Bridge Treat in and apologize for crying in the drive thru. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So, I’ve had several bad experiences here. I should have started going somewhere else a long time ago. I frequently get talked down to. Today I was in a hurry for work. They completely skipped me and went to the car after me. I’m usually impressed with service at Dutch Brothers. This one sucks. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
