Very good B class food in Nagoya, it is one of the speciality with fried giant shrimp. It was definitely a tasty plate of lunch with both the fried shrimp and pork cutlet being tasty. The famous station is Esca “Ebidote Shokudo”. Anyway, the menu is all about shrimp. A restaurant you won't want to miss if you love shrimp. “Ebi Dote Shokudo” is featuring “Ebi Dote” as their new ︎ Nagomeshi. The freshly fried shrimp is dipped in a ``secret dote miso sauce'' that is a combination of red miso and shrimp miso. Is it a combination of the best parts of fried shrimp and dotoni, both of which are well-known as nagomeshi? So, I ordered from the lunch menu. Set C Shrimp set meal ¥1848 The IH cooking heater was delivered immediately after I ordered it. The way to eat it is properly placed on the table as follows. Heat the pot over high heat. When the miso boils, slowly pour in the egg. Stir around. Reduce the heat to low and dip generously into the shrimp. As many as 6 pieces of fried shrimp. Yes, it's definitely delicious ︎ The rich miso makes it a perfect match for fried shrimp. I ate all 6 of them in no time.
