I called the office spoke with a lady name Karen! She was very rude ! She hung up on me twice ! I called back several times she kept sending me to voicemail not answering! I was calling to speak with somebody other than her because someone needs to know how she treat people. On top of that she’s in charge of customer complaints! It’s unacceptable! Karen is rude and it’s disgusting!

Been waiting for a follow up call back for 2 days for a complaint from a recent visit to a McDonald's on 10 mile and Hoover. I have left a few messages now and each time I call I get told "Karen" would be in around noon and so I call later in the afternoon after not hearing back and I talk to a different person and am told that "Karen" must be out in the field. So I ask who else I can speak to and am told she is it. I would not normally do this but I also spent years in the food industry and if I'm calling to complain it's pretty legitimate because usually I would just walk away and not say anything realizing that everyone has a bad day here and there but my experience was terrible and now with this customer service person not calling me back in a timely manner... yeah...
