The worst service we’ve ever had. For requests we did, waitress kept saying “No”. In places we were before, they were make sure that all customers feel comfortable. But here no attention for customers. And we felt a little bit racism kinda from waitress or something like that because she definitely didn’t like us. But the food was really good. We would visit this place again, but because of service , no. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had the good fortune of coming across ETA and I’m so happy that Pittsburgh has a unique bar like this! It’s as if someone transplanted a whiskey bar from Shinjuku. Cozy ambience, excellent drinks made with care by Erin, and an impressive selection of Japanese whiskey, beer, and other spirits. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
