There are restaurants that serve great food, and then there are restaurants that create unforgettable experiences. EUBOUS belongs to the second category. Having worked in some of Canada's finest steakhouses, including Ruth's Chris, I don't make comparisons lightly. The quality of the meat at EUBOUS can honestly only be compared to Jacob's & Co. Steakhouse in Toronto. Every bite was incredibly juicy, buttery, and literally melted in the mouth. The steak was cooked with absolute precision exactly as requested. We started with the Tartare and the Imam Baildi, and both were exceptional. Every dish showed outstanding attention to detail and respect for quality ingredients. A special thank you to our server, Vaso, whose professionalism, warmth, and knowledge elevated the entire evening. Her recommendation of the Samartzis 2022 wine was absolutely perfect and paired beautifully with our meal. It's the kind of recommendation that only comes from someone who truly understands hospitality. What surprised me the most was the value. Considering the level of ingredients, execution, and service, the prices are almost unbelievable. You would expect to pay significantly more for this standard of dining. Congratulations to the entire team. EUBOUS has set a benchmark not only for Chalkida but for Greece as a whole. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Vaso for the unforgettable experience!!! The restaurant was overall great. The prices were fair for the quality of service overall. Not cheap, but it is not trying to be cheap. My only gripe was that the steak we were served was lukewarm. When I brought that up to the staff, they mentioned that it is difficult for them because of the distance. To me, that's not a good excuse, as first it sounded they were aware of it, and second there are a lot of solutions that can implemented at the given price point. If that one point is resolved, I think this will be a perfect modern restaurant :)
