Es fácil encontrar este lugar gracias a su estupenda ubicación. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es sofisticado. Su abnegado servicio es algo que sus visitantes destacan en sus opiniones. Aquí vas a pagar unos precios buenos. Este lugar tiene una atmósfera tranquila y una decoración hermosa. Pero un gran número de usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a este restaurante una nota muy alta.

It was friday late friday afternoon, Dec 22, 2017, and I was in the mood for some Mediterranean food, it's one of my favorite foods , I went with the Gyro sandwich with tzatziki sauce on the side and baked chicken with steam veggies TO-GO.. I was introduced to a very nice and well spoken woman, who I later became aware was the Director of Operations of Evo Mediterranean Kitchen. Our introduction was facilitated by the team member's bewilderment when I started my order with a "Euro sandwich" lol rather than "Gyro"....... lol the pronunciation is something even I had to learn and only came into such knowledge because I frequent Mediterranean restaurants a lot. Anyway, the Director of Operations comes assist the team member and identifies what I was referring too and we all have warm heartfelt laugh about how the sandwich has different alias. So, I received my food we exchanged mutual gratitude and I continued my day. I got to residence opened my bag and noticed the baked chicken was missing, I was not happy. So, I call Evo Mediterranean Kitchen on the number listed on my receipt nobody answered the phone, so I left a voice message. I told myself I will give the restaurant 24 hours to respond. Well, 24 hours came and went, with no call back. Anyway it's Sunday, December 24, 2017, and I am around the Baybrook Mall area running errands and hunger hit me like one of the those advertisement for a "sneaker candy bar." so I wasn't myself lol. Recall two days has elapsed!!! I had no receipt with me. So, I walked into Evo Mediterranean Kitchen to express some truthful feedback and see what type of restitution they could offer me. I was greeted warmly by the same team member that helped me on Friday. I refreshed her memory of my visit based on our conversation of the " term Gyro" on Friday. I asked, if the Director of Operations was present, she was not. I explained to her what I communicated above and she said she will tell the owner who was present in the back, I said "ok," So, the owner of Evo Mediterranean Kitchen comes out from the back of the house, introduces himself. I explained to him what transpired, he listened intently, apologized , took accountability for error, and ensured that there was a system in place for such errors to not take place. I was like, " okay cool," I was ready to continue may day because for every time I articulated the story aloud, the more I realized how implausible it really sounded, though true. So, to the owner asked would I like another "baked chicken" I was grateful , but I just had my heart set on getting salad, the owner said I can get whatever I want. Wow!!! I ended up getting a Gyro Salad. I was truly grateful. All the food that I had the pleasure of eating was great, but the customer service is amazing based on my overall experience and settling my grievance
