We're sorry you were disappointed, but we need to clarify a few important facts.Your order was placed through Uber Eats, which means the delivery process is entirely outside of our control. We do not decide whether your order is delivered first or last, nor do we have any control over the driver's route or delivery time.If the food arrived cold, we understand your frustration. However, this is an issue with the third-party delivery service rather than the preparation of the food itself. To avoid situations like this in the future, we recommend ordering directly through our website for either collection or our own delivery service, where we have much greater control over the quality of your experience. As for your comment about authenticity, we're sorry our food wasn't to your taste. We stand by the quality of our ingredients and the recipes we serve every day to many satisfied customers.Easy Greek
