Living with an autoimmune condition makes eating out stressful. I always wonder what’s actually in your food. Finding EAT THIS Fast & Fresh has been such a relief for me. Knowing everything is gluten free and seed oil free takes away so much of that constant worry. Honestly, it’s made my day-to-day life easier. I can grab meals, take them to the office, and not stress about what I’m eating or how I’m going to feel after. The food tastes great, but more importantly, I feel good after I eat it, which is huge. It’s one of the few places where I can just relax and trust the food. That means a lot. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: deal with food sensitivities and eating out is usually stressful, but not here. Everything is gluten free and made with clean ingredients, so I actually feel comfortable grabbing meals. They have plenty of options too.
