Went in today absolutely disgusting I had 2 cheese and onion panini so bloody dry, hardly any cheese and it was like rubber the small quantity we had. Also ordered 1/4 burger, burger burnt bun burnt and chips absolutely horrible. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

I ate here for the first time with my mum today and it was beautiful food it was better than McDonald's defo eat her again in the near future staff were very pleasant and helpful and polite ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Using my mother’s account to write this. Normally happily visited eat4less as food and service normally great. Took my mother there for the first time promising the food would be great. Panini cold, when my mum went to return it, Janina (till staff) received a lot of verbal abuse from the manger. Janina had only tempted to encourage the kitchen staff to work better, she did not deserve the reaction of “shut up. I’m the manager you’re just the till lady.” My mum also witnessed the manager slamming plates down and swearing at the kitchen staff. The manager caused such a scene that everyone stopped eating and one family even left. This is not acceptable. Upon my previous visit, Janina has always served me and her customer service has been excellent. I was unable to enjoy my meal because I was too concerned about the staff and the potential that the manager might hurl abuse at my mum. Once again unacceptable and very unprofessional on the managers behalf. Will not be visiting again until I feel like this matter has been dealt with appropriately.
