The inside is very nice, my only issue was the drive thru and coffee. The wait in the drive thru was about 10-15 min. Once I got the coffee AFTER 15 MIN, it was bland and had no taste. The experience overall was not good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20

What a wonderful coffee spot! I usually like to try different places but I was hooked. Went here every morning of my stay. Very creative seasonal offerings. Very modern decor but didn't come off as trying too hard. They have books and board games to play which is a nice touch. Info about the area is presented nicely as well. Had the blueberry crumble matcha and it was the most well crafted and interesting matcha I've had so far. Also, what wonderful handwritten cups! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I've been going to Echelon Coffee almost every day for several months. It's close to my current job and has great coffee, pastries, and food. The atmosphere is great for the schoolwork I generally do over lunch, and I like how bright it is with natural light. However, the one thing that has gone downhill is the service. For the last couple of months, I've consistently had to wait in line, even when it's my turn because the workers are taking their time going back and forth and don't seem to be at all concerned with me waiting. One time two of the baristas were talking and cleaning - not waiting on other customers or making food or drink - and just took their time finishing cleaning while I was standing there, ready to order. I don't have much time for lunch, so every minute I stand there waiting is wasting the time I have. Everyone has always been nice and respectful, but there needs to be more consideration of people waiting at the register ready to order. In my estimation, customers should be given priority over cleaning the counters or talking with coworkers. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
