I came to this place for my birthday and the person at the entrance didn't want to let me in because according to him "he decided that I was the only one who couldn't go in" He also yelled at my friends and pulled them by the arm out of the place because according to him “he didn't like our attitude" (my friends didn't even understand what he was saying as to have a bad attitude) it seems extremely strange to me that a person who works as security is discriminating against people and he also said that he own the place when it is a simple employee, in short, neither I nor my friends will return to this seedy placevine para este lugar por mi cumpleaños y la persona de la entrada no me quiso dejar entrar por que segun el "el decidia que yo era el único que no podia pasar" tambien le grito en la cara a mis amigas y las jalo por el brazo para afuera del jugar por que según el “no le gustaba nuestra actitud” ( mis amigos nisiquiera entendían que estaba diciendo como para tener una mala actitud ) me parece extremadamente raro que una persona que trabaja como seguridad esté discriminando a las personas y se crea el dueño de un lugar cuando es un simple empleado, en fin, ni yo ni mis amigos volveremos a este lugar de mala muerte. :)

El peor lugar nocturno al que he ido, muchísimo calor, exceso de humo y hubo un problema. Comenzaron a tirar botellas y a lanzar golpes, si quieres salir y disfrutar no te recomiendo este lugar para nada.

On December 31 I went to Echo nightclub to celebrate New Year's Eve, the party was good, however when I left I went to pick up my coat that I had left at the time of entering, I gave the ticket that they gave me when I left the coat and the girl who received the ticket began to attend to other people at the same time, Then she went to the place where all the coats are and after a while she came out and gave me a coat that was not mine, so I gave it back to her and she went back in and then came out and told me that she could not find my coat and that I wanted to go with her to look for it, so I went with her to look for my coat and when I did not find it I asked the girl if they had given it to someone else and she did not answer me, she only told me that if it was not there, it was not there; One of the security girls even though I had already explained to her what was happening with my coat took me out of the disco by force, hurting my arm and they closed the door in my face without giving me any solution, they themselves lost my coat and outraged me by taking me out of the place, they pushed me and hurt my arm, the only answer they gave me was that if I wanted I could return the next day to complain but that it was not their responsibility to have lost my coat, they practically robbed me. I demand to have an answer from the discotheque and that they pay me for the coat they stole from me and above all the damage they caused me for no reason. Solutions Despite the bad attention and poor treatment by the security and front desk staff, the managers took the time to listen to me and solved my problem with the value of my coat when I purchased it and they also apologized for all the damages caused.
