We travel a lot but the hotel exceeds everything you could imagine. Friendliness is very important from reception to service, even the cleaning staff say goodbye when you leave! Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the new steak restaurant is worth a visit! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Exquisite. Staff is professional, helpful and friendly. - Rooms are perfect in every aspect - Fully equipped with anything families with toddlers might need - Both in-house and outside the playgrounds are excellent - The playground nearby has bunnies and goats, visitable all year round for free - Many mountain activities winter and summer, for children as well, like tobbogan ride in the next village - cocktails are spot on, I recommend their specialties Only minor possible downside: Food looks like fine dining, but at best is average, flavors sometimes don't really match even, or a souce is there to add colors, but goes bad with the dish. Still better than most 4* hotels' menu. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
