This was 3rd time ordering the fruit arrangement but 1st time to get balloons with my order. One came off from the stick as soon as I received them while I was still in the store, they never cared, fell another time before I get into my car. Both balloons were never stable and one eventually got a small cut and couldn't even make 10min trip to deliver the gift (I only walked from the store to parking and parking to the building). I was disappointed

Casandra was amazing answered all the web site questions and personally walked me thru order and explained everything. I’ve used in other states but this was the easiest and most clear. Felt confident and will definitely be reordering for work
