Had a great experience at Edo Japan in Bramalea City Centre, and I especially want to recognize Jacob for his excellent customer service. He was extremely friendly, patient, and accommodating, and he handled everything with a level of professionalism that really stood out. He took the time to explain the options and recommend the best veg choices which made ordering so much easier. You could genuinely tell that he cared about making sure we had a good experience. Employees like Jacob make a real difference to a business, and whoever hired him made an excellent choice. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall!
