I ordered a 6 piece gizzard for 2.59$ and liver of the same price, but what i got was not worthy of all the time I spent waiting in line for. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Sharron, I am sorry you were disappointed. We do not drop your gizzards and livers until you order. Gizzards and livers are not very large that is why they are only 2.59. We do have a 12 piece. Hopefully the 6 you received were at least good.

Chicken was overcooked and very dry, mashed potatoes were the consistency of white water and tastes like crap, didn't get one the sides we ordered didn't realize it till we got home and was not going back for it. My husband and I ended up with upset stomach. Overall it was a very bad experience except for the sweet worker that gave us our food, we will not be going back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Elfi, I am so sorry for your bad experience. We really wish you would have allowed us to make it right for you and your husband by speaking with the manager. Unfortunately, we fell you and we have lost who could have been a valuable customer. We are in the business to try to satisfy our customers, but we know not all will give us a chance. We regret losing you and we hope one day you will have a change of heart. Thank you very much for trying.

Rated the atmosphere, but used the drive through. The chicken sandwich was delicious and I enjoyed the potato wedges, too. I’m not local, so I don’t usually eat in Springhill, but this will definitely be on my radar to stop by again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
