Popped into this Eddie Rockets branch last Sunday (March 6th) in between hospital visits as I hadn't eaten all day. Wasn't the first choice of places to stop into, but definitely the right choice! It was very busy being Mothers Day but we happily took seats by the bar, with a view of the chefs in the kitchen. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Fillet burger, my brother Ciaran Plunkett ordered the Pineapple Burger and we shared a bowl of chips with cheese sauce - this sauce is my guilty pleasure and I'll always order it when in Eddie's.
Our burgers came within 15 mins of ordering, and were absolutely delicious! My chicken fillet was well seasoned with herbs & spices, in between fresh lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, onions, melted cheese and their retro sauce on a bun. Eddie's burgers never disappoint me and this one was full of flavour, and definitely filled me. The waitress also gave us a bottle of paprika for our chips, which I took full advantage of! My brother really enjoyed his burger, the pineapple was fresh and the beef was cooked perfectly.
Overall this was a truly brilliant meal, and very good value. Diner food at its best! Kudos to all the chefs, they really work hard in there!

I love the Eddie rockets chain. This one probably is my favourite or one of them just because I can remember going for the last 15-20 years. I think I have tried every burger on the menu and I am rarely disappointed, great American diner food which is very family friendly. I have noticed if you deviate from the exact menu and ask to take something off an order they will half the time mess the order up it happens a lot... The menu has changed and got better in the last few years but also the prices went up a little bit which annoys me a bit as the quality is still just above your fast food take away places. All in all I'm a fan and go back regularly all over the country it's a safe bet each time. Malts, bacon and cheese fries & jalapeño popper burger being my favourites.

@eddierockets My guilty pleasure Eddie Rockets. We got to share cheeeze pleeeze burger with cheddar cheese and a fishy fish burger with chips garlic sauce and coke. No complaints here food was lovely pleasantly stuffed & staff are always lovely.
