When I made my reservation by phone, I initially thought I had dialed the wrong number. You expect a friendly voice that neatly says "restaurant de Opstal" but there was more of a "Hello" mumble. When I asked whether I called "de Opstal" I reserved a table. On the agreed evening and time that I arrived with my wife, it turned out that he had also written down my name incorrectly. I think I had the owner on the phone. Shame. The ladies serving made the evening great. Just like the chef who, in addition to preparing the food very tasty, was also very creative. All corridors looked fantastic and spacious. It's a shame that the owner was filthy blowing his nose into a red handkerchief at the cash register, and then folded the handkerchief and put it in his pocket. A little later I saw him with unwashed hands serving food at another table. Not a pretty sight I must say. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
