The ambience right in the heart of Söflingen is very nice. The owners and employees are all nice and accommodating. Customer requests are taken into account. Chosen as the best ice cream parlor 2021/2022... Being curious, we took a detour to the Söflingen ice cream gallery. Unusual ice cream flavors. Nice service. The consistency of the spirulina ice cream is reminiscent of soft marshmallows. We took 5 different types of ice cream in a glass bowl. Price/ball: 1.70 euros. None were convincing in terms of taste. Plus 2 cappuccinos. Price: 3.50 euros/cup. No problem at all, but charging 2 euros extra to be allowed to sit at a table is really too much for me, brazen and outrageous.
