Mal servicio, no recomendable, he visto también que usaron una pésima práctica con un padre que necesitaba usar el baño con su hijo pequeño y le han pedido dinero… nada amable y hablamos de niños…..

We always go for a coffee here after shopping. The servers are super friendly and fast! Our favourite server always know our go to coffee and brings it right away. It is nice to be treated as local customers :)

Disappointing Experience at Eiscafé Rizzelli My recent visit to Eiscafé Rizzelli left much to be desired. From the moment of arrival, the service was unwelcoming. Although we asked if we could sit down before paying, the staff member at the counter rudely informed us that they only accepted cash payments, which was an inconvenience. Despite their brusque manner, we went to withdraw cash and returned for seating. Upon returning and paying for our ice creams and drinks, we were surprised to find that there was no table service available, despite there being several empty tables. Another staff member, in a rather impolite manner, informed us of this. To add to the disappointment, the cappuccinos we ordered were disappointingly watery, failing to meet our expectations in terms of quality. Overall, the experience at Eiscafé Rizzelli felt unwelcoming, and the quality of the drinks did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I cannot recommend this shop.
