Unfortunately we can't rate anything because we were told at 5:17 p.m. that we were no longer allowed to eat ice cream outside. Why wasn't said. When we walked past this store again the next day we saw that they closed at 6 p.m. So I think if they had said, "You're getting another ice cream sundae, but I just wanted to let you know that we're closing at 6 p.m.," we could still have decided whether to wolf down the ice cream or just go somewhere else. Or the note that there is still ice cream in the cup to take away. Luckily we didn't get rejected at Café Vienezia next door. I come from the industry myself and can understand that you want to get off work on time, but customer service is something different!!
