Después de visitar Museo Civico Carlo Verri, ven aquí a comer algo. Las cocinas italiana y española son buenas en esta pizzería. El Cordobes sirve una sorprendente pizza, una atrayente paella valenciana y unos singulares entrantes. Probar su bien preparada crema catalana o su sabroso tiramisú es lo que gran parte de los visitantes aconseja. Visita este lugar y tómate un excelente cordial o una estupenda sangría.

Puedes sentarte fuera o dentro. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es agradable. Su pulcro servicio es algo que estos restauradores saben cuidar. Dear El Cordobes Restaurant, I address you with the hope that this review can be received as constructive feedback, coming from a customer who recently had the experience of dining at your restaurant for a birthday. I must express my disappointment on several aspects of the service I received. I'll start with the starters, where I noticed an apparent misunderstanding of the concept of "Tapas" in the set menu. The two bruschettas with tomato and olives provided were choices far from the authentic Spanish tapas experience. This led me to question whether the staff have any real understanding of Spanish culinary tradition. The highlight of the disappointment was the main course, "La Paella". I must honestly say that it was difficult to consume and this was a rare exception for me. Another relevant point is the lack of an authentic Spanish environment and setup in the venue. I would highly recommend that owners take trips to Spain to gain a deeper understanding of what a true Spanish restaurant should be like, both culinary and overall atmosphere. Finally, I would like to highlight one aspect that contributed greatly to my disappointment. I find it absurd that the birthday boy paid for the extra covers from the fixed menu for all the participants and 9 bitters, given that he had brought more than 20 people... we then tried to make up for it in vain by giving a €6.50 discount at the cash desk (in the photo the receipt for the extra menus). I would like to emphasize that this feedback is not driven by negative intent, but rather by the hope that your restaurant can improve and offer an authentic and satisfying experience to your customers. The term "tapas" indicates small portions of appetizers or appetizers ranging from bruschetta or, as Spanish people call it, "pan con tomate" to "aceitunas" olives. 2. The typical menu was chosen by the birthday boy for the entire table and as requested by the latter, the covers and drinks were paid for, leaving only the cost of the menu to you. 3.
