This little hole in the wall birria place needs to be placed on the map asap! The service was alright. Place was empty other than another couple and it was huge. They could host a night live band, mike nights, or karaoke with everyone's tacos. Although the place was empty, the staff said they had a lot of DoorDash orders coming through that are keeping them busy. During our dine in, there was about 15 customers came through for pick-up or dine in as well. In one of the photos, you'll see there is a shuffle board game in their dining area which some teens were playing with. Onto the food: Quesabirria / 10:10 MUST DEVOUR ASAP period! Consume / 9:10 It was really good, made the Quesabirria even more flavorful and succulent with every bite. They even had small birria chunks at the bottom of the cup which was delicious and I've never had anywhere else. But minus a point for lack of spiciness compared to other consumes I've had; but it was not short on flavor. Birria Tacos / 6:10 Per my friend, it was dry and without flavor. She got it cause it was a bit cheaper than the Quesabirria by a few dollars but also it was her first time having Birria and didn't know what to expect. I encouraged her to go with the Quesa but she said she preferred the simple tacos. She asked them for salt & more lime which made it better along with dipping into the consume which bumped her score up to a 8:10. Homemade Strawberry Horchata 10:10 This is a MUST GET! Super fresh!!! Bathrooms were 8:10 Very clean but nothing out of the ordinary on decor Drive over and checkout, El Garage!
