I tried to speak to the owner before posting on here but unfortunately he was very rude and showed no understanding at all. We order from here regularly and 9 times out of 10 it's always good. Service is always great too. This week unfortunately we had our order of £35 delivered incorrectly. I tried to contact them directly but it just went to voicemail. After an hour of trying and upset kids I requested a refund through just eat. I still wanted to tell el primos and eventually got through after an hour of trying. The man was rude and said if it was just a missing starter we could send you it you don't need a refund. I explained it was all wrong not just a missing starter. He said I shouldn't have asked for a refund and tried to contact them! I had! For over an hour!!!!! Again he mentioned the missing item being replaced! I said I've got £35 worth of wrong food and no answer from you! I rang them to avoid giving a bad review but his rudeness to me just pushed me over the edge. I will no longer offer them my custom.
