I'm disappointed with the recent changes at El Super Market. First, the prices have jumped up, and they are now charging over $2.00 just to add extras to your order, which feels like a total rip-off. Second, the customer service is nonexistent. Every time I call, I deal with the same lady who clearly doesn't want to be there. She speaks with a tone of voice that makes you feel like you're bothering her, and she’s so dismissive that she just hangs up without a word once the order is placed. No manners and no "thank you." I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until they fix their service and pricing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
