Great place for all kinds of stuff, be it calming down in a solo coffee session or a party with friends...elclassico tops everything. Coffees and pasta / loaded fries are great altho I don't think so pizzas are worth it. Very disappointing experience at Elclassico Model Town branch. On my previous visit, I ordered the injected broast and it was undercooked—there was literally blood inside the chicken. I decided to give them another chance, but today my burger was also served undercooked. I’m attaching a video as proof. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. I won’t be visiting again unless they improve their quality and cooking standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Al Classico, Multan Cantt, and my experience was disappointing overall. While the atmosphere was decent, the air conditioning was practically non-existent, making the dining experience quite uncomfortable. The invoice I received did not include the required QR code or NTN number, both of which should be present on a compliant invoice. In addition, I was asked to make payment to a personal bank account instead of an official business account, which raised serious concerns. When I politely brought these issues to the attention of the manager, my concerns were dismissed, and his attitude was rude and unprofessional. Rather than trying to address the problem, there was no effort to provide a satisfactory explanation or solution.
