We had Electric Rice Company cater our company Christmas Party and it was an absolute hit! Eric and Lynden did an amazing job - they went out of their way to make sure everything was set up nicely and that we had all the supplies needed for the night. I cannot express enough how dedicated they are and how much effort they put in to make our night amazing. I know quite a few people who eat at ERC who think it is the best Hawaiian food they have ever had (me included). I would 100% recommend them for catering but also just to stop by their truck and try their food. Thank you again, Eric and Lynden, we will definitely be ordering from you again!!
