I have been going to this canteen consistently for 4 years now! The food was always delicious, good portions, transparent prices and polite staff. With the arrival of new management, everything has changed somewhat, unfortunately, not for the better. New rules came and constant employee turnover began. It seems that this should not worry visitors, but how can one not notice if this has greatly reduced the comfort of visiting the dining room: during rush hour at lunch there is constant confusion at the service. The employees either put food on the eye, or weigh the food, and each time the portion of food is of an unknown size. It turns out that you are standing in a huge queue, you don’t know how much food you will get this time. But that’s okay: I stand, wait, endure, because usually the food is delicious. But recently, this aspect has begun to change in a sad direction. There used to be a wide selection of dishes. Now the shelves are looking more and more sparse: there are fewer items, almost no desserts, only 2-3 types of salads. They even managed to ruin the sauerkraut, which used to be the best here: a perfect combination of everything, and the onion on top, for those who like it, if they didn’t want it, they could easily put it aside. Now this cabbage is buried in a layer of oil and vinegar and mixed finely chopped onions, which even if you try very hard, you still won’t be able to pull it out. In general, all the food has become very greasy, the oil can literally be drained from the plate. I am immensely grateful to the Eli-Mleli canteen, because at one time it was the best canteen compared to the others (we know, they were much worse). Отвратительная еда, рестораном назвать нельзя, повара должны научиться готовить, а не переводить продукты.Обслуживание отвратительное, на вопрос , что за блюдо- "все написано на ценниках" Сдачи не дают, как и чек. Администратор молоденький мальчик позволяющий в своем присутстии отвратительное поведение к посетителям соего персонала. Одну звезду за уютный интерьер и вежливость мастера чистоты.
