I went in to order an £8.00 wrap. I accept I missed the £1.00 charge for orders under a tenner, but why ask me if I wanted sauce and then forget to tell me it was extra, especially when you clearly had time to ask me if I wanted sauce? You forgot to mention the cost, which is clearly a hidden charge. I'm sure it wasn't stated on the menu either. It's not like I'm mad about something small; they clearly failed to communicate it to me in conversation and thought, "This customer won't care about the sauce charge they never disclosed." It's like a supermarket not telling you about a bag charge then adding it as if you knew. I'll stick to other branches of Ellie's. At least I'll be told about things that come at a charge, like other branches do (this includes my local branch where sauce is free on a wrap, as it should be, considering it's less than a tub they sell squirted on your food). Update: Why wasn't it communicated then verbal communication lacked also please explain to me how a single sauce on a wrap which no one would have plain is extra sauce? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had spaghetti bol and Italian bread. Was lovely. Bread was best I've had. Spaghetti bol was lovely. Loads of mushrooms and onions peppers. Little bit of cheese, perfect.

I recently ordered from Ellies pizzeria, and I was impressed! The pizza was delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh toppings. The vegetarian was my favorite—definitely recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
