Wow! Great restaurant, small and intimate atmosphere, delicious food and super nice staff. We had the focaccia with meatballs and the polenta fritters for start, followed by the lumache and the dirty martini pork chop. For desert the chocolate tart is mind blowing. Chef James went around during the dinner and is a top-notch guy, very friendly. Will be back many times for sure. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I absolutely love Elma. Chef/owner James consistently puts out incredible Italian food at reasonable prices compared to others in the neighborhood, and the BYOB always makes it even better. Him and his staff are always attentive and genuinely cares about the diners—you can feel it every time you’re there. We’ve been treated wonderfully on each visit, have come back multiple times, and are already looking forward to our next meal. A true neighborhood gem. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Would leave six stars if possible. One of, if not the, best meal we've had in the city so far. Food was incredible, service by the chef was fantastic and always makes for a great experience. Will absolutely be back. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
