Tras una buena caminata por Galway's Latin Quarter, pásate por este restaurante y descansa un poco. En Ember Firehouse, sus comensales pueden comer un generoso pollo, unos bien trabajados kebabs y unas tiernas koftas de cordero. En este lugar, puedes pedir comida para tomar fuera. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es amable. El servicio en este lugar se podría describir como algo abnegado. Te van a sorprender sus precios justos. Visited during our honeymoon. We went during a busy time, so waited longer than expected, but the food and the staff was great. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When we finally go it the food was first class and we both would recommend the food. BUT The service was terrible, 10 minutes passed before we got sight of the menus. Another 10 passed before we ordered. We ordered drinks but after 20 more minutes no sign of the drinks I had to get up and order again. When the beer arrived, it was an Asian beer, I asked the waitress if she had to go to Singapore and thanks for making the effort. I got one of those looks that, if unsheated, would cut you in two. Rather than just leave we stayed and enjoyed the food, thank you Chef . What is it with a lot of staff who I give my hard earned crust to to eat. It's simple really, smile make eye contact, treat the customer as God someone who is always right. A little induction training would be good (note for Ms, Mr Manager. For staff that understand these simple principals, are rewarded with big tips, no such staff were evident here when I was here. And before I go I hate when staff sit or stand around having a chinwag. Plenty of that at Ember Firehouse. We , after all that, left a tip. That was for the Chef!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
