Was so hungry, but I regret ordering food from them. I ordered beef with broccoli, steamed rice with a side of veggies. The meat was too tough to chew and swallow and the side of veggies were old, overcooked slices of carrot,very unappetizing and tasted as they looked. So, for $11.50 I had some stir fry broccoli. I wonder how long the food sits in the kitchen after it's cooked?

Before leaving San Diego, I wanted an equivalent to Chinese mall food. They didn't have my usual General's Chicken, so I settled for Orange Chicken. The chicken were quite crispy and had a nice balance of orange sauce. It also came with broccoli and rice. On a side note, my coworker persisted that we share food (to all: I order what I want, you order what you want and live with it). She got Kung Pow chicken which had a similar combination. The difference is that the chicken had a brush of chili sauce on it, so it wasn't deadly spicy.

Don't do it! I had a terrible meal here a few years ago and decided to give it a chance again and it was worse than the first time. I just trashed the food and went to Jack n a box next door. Big waste of money. Do yourself a favor and just go to Jack n a box or anywhere else in this airport but don't go to emerald express.
