We came to Emerge Steakhouse to celebrate my sister’s wedding like a year ago with a rehearsal dinner, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. There were 12 of us, and since my sister made the reservation well in advance, everything was ready when we arrived. We had a long table that comfortably fit our whole family, and the atmosphere was warm and perfect for such a special occasion. My sister told us this is her and her husband’s go-to date night restaurant, so our expectations were pretty high. Thankfully, it didn’t disappoint. I ordered one of their dry-aged steaks, and it was cooked perfectly. The steak was flavorful and tender, but what really stood out to me were the sides and sauces. They complemented the steak so well that every bite was even better. You could tell a lot of thought went into pairing everything together. The service was also excellent. Even with a group of 12, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate such a memorable occasion. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse in Geelong, whether it’s for a date night, a family celebration, or a special event, Emerge Steakhouse is definitely worth a visit. This was the absolute go to for fine dining and STEAK ..... hands down ! BUT , something has changed .... the Chef or the Meat supplier ...cant put my finger on it ....Please Please get back to the standard you once were at .
