I got some bits to takeaway and they were SO good! The pistachio croissant was unreal defo recommend a visit, especially if you are vegan! Food: 5

Awful service, the food took a long time to arrive. I ordered a jacket with cheese and beans. A simple meal to make but it came with hardly any cheese and the potato was raw. Yes, I can tell when a potato isn’t cooked! I moved a bit but then another part was the same. I politely asked one of the staff to look at the food and she rudely said you can get your knife through it. Yes, that’s because it’s a knife but jackets are meant to be soft and fluffy not tough. I asked for another and was very annoyed to hear her going back to the scruffy kitchen and slating me to the cook and other staff. I said I wanted my money back as she was extremely rude and I explained that I could hear her. She then began to continue with an argument in front of other customers as she argued with me about a jacket potato. Number one I can tell when a jacket isn’t cooked Number two a customer is always right. I will not be spending my money in here again. Awful service, rude and god knows what else they aren’t cooking right if they can’t do a jacket potato. Plenty of other nicer places to eat! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The owner is prone to outbursts which very from shouting to swearing in front of customers, and while people are sitting and eating their food which im sure they are enjoying , please spare a thought for the staff who she doesn't pay properly if at all , hours of unpaid work from loyal staff on 0 hours contracts, nothing is ever what it seems. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
