My daughter and I went here last Tuesday. We Had a wonderful barista. We ordered three coffees including a treat for a coworker but, only received two at first. A little miscommunication. She quickly apologized and got to work on making the third. Then a man in a flat cap came behind the counter and this is were it went sour. There was instant tension. Her smile turned to worry. He spoke to her with such a spiteful tongue and made her feel bad for the mistake. I said loudly "I guess manors are only for some!" She apologized again and I assured her it was no big deal. I paid for my coffee and quickly left. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Alexis, I am so sorry that this happened and I will be talking to this man as well as letting the Barista know that she was "wonderful" . I hope that you can come back. I try daily to strive for a positive work environment for my employees.
