If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. Arrived at 1:30. Never got a server, water or anything. The poor security guard was doing her best and we really appreciate her. She took our order to deliver to the kitchen. They were mad she was trying to help out. We had 2 people come to our table and say our server was on the way, but no one ever showed up. We finally got 1 of the towers and it was hot and was lemon drop and not mimosas. That was around close to 3pm. 3:30 is when we received our first piece of food and it was extremely cold. Finally received our correct mimosas towers closer to 4pm. And then to make matters worse, we never got food and barely got drinks. Never even got a server for our table and they were still trying to take 20% gratuity that would not go to the only person who helped us, the security guard. They tried to hush us by offering free shots. We just wanted an actually server and the food and drinks we asked for. Asked to speak with a manger who never came out. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. And the owner tried to shush us about our experience. Will never get another dollar out of us. If you want terrible service and attitude, this is the place to go. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Thanks to that security guard tho. She was a real one. Hope you find an employer who appreciates you as much as we did! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If you’re looking for a clean, fun, safe environment on top of amazingly BOMB food and service please check out ENV! I was extremely impressed with the lounge. More importantly, the general manager who goes by the name “Hollywood” is the final touch that blew me away. He was attentive with the guests. He is a great host! Kept the fun going the entire time. Ensured the guests were taken care of and the employees were on top of their jobs from the front door to the cooks and the servers it was an overall great experience! 10/10 recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
