I'm really glad to see im not the only one who had a bad experience here. This happened about 2-3 years ago and I didn't want to post this because I was scared I somehow would be doing something wrong or 'slandering' a small business. I wanted to adopt a kitty that had no other potential adopters (we confirmed with rescue and buisness) so we put in an application. Got told to apply to the rescue before they could process the app. Rescue approved us within a couple days. contacted the café to get an update, said our app still wasn't reviewed by the rescue. called again a week later... told them the rescue approved us and they insisted we didn't apply. had back and forth with the rescue to make sure. next day they said the cat had been adopted out to someone who "applied before us" absolutely heartbreaking and haven't gone back since. horrible communication and management.

This review has been reported as it pertains to rescue partners that were partners 2 to 3 years ago and are no longer partners. This has nothing to do with your experience in the Cat Lounge. It has to do with an adoption experience you had with a partner that we are no longer partnered with.

Highly recommend!!! This was my first time to a cat/animal cafe. Frankly, I've always been a little hesitant going to animal cafes but Kitty Kisses was SO amazing and fun! The owner and staff were kind and welcoming, and their space for the cats is lovely! Clean, playful, open, and easy to enjoy all the kitters. The cats are clearly so loved and well taken care of. Was such a fun time, I will absolutely be going back again!

This place is so amazing and the staff is so friendly. My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary and it was such a good experience for us both. We both have had lots of cats and this place melted my heart. It makes me so happy seeing animals being taken care of. You could tell the staff knew these lil babies so well individually. I seen some of the bad reviews about the staff “hovering” but I can’t say I agree with them. Yes there were 1-2 staff members in the room with us but it’s for your protection and the kitties ! Plus the conversations were great with all staff. I would rather have them in there with us considering they spend so much time with them. We will definitely be back soon and if the time is right we are hoping to adopt (: Thank you for the wonderful experience and thank you for being such amazing humans and looking out for these precious creatures. We will see y'all soon
