Worst coffee experience ever I got to this cafe and waited ten minutes just for the coffee machine to turn on I wasn’t expecting that to happen and later I was asked if it’s okay to wait extra there was no one else in the restaurant and the machine wasn’t even turned on while the cafe has been open from 8:00am I got there at 9:13 why wasn’t it ready on since your operating since 8:00am

Sorry, for your patience , we haven’t changed time our schedule business hours yet . We open 9:30 Am on weekdays. Weekend 8.30 am

I picked up a few pastries early in the morning and asked several times if they were fresh and was told they were. I was given the advice to microwave them for 50 seconds and when I took them out of the box I realised this is because they were essentially frozen. Even after putting them in the microwave it was extremely clear these are NOT fresh pastries, they were terrible and embarrassing to serve to guests. I do not recommend it, particularly as each pastry cost over $8 which is more than all bakeries and most cafes. I spent close to $45 and they were all inedible. Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1

Hi there our pastries it was fresh. Our chef finish early in the morning 2:00 am & our shop open 8am how can we leave pastries out side for 6-7 hours . We didn’t put in frozen as like what you thought . We put in cool room .and we never have any problems with customers coming that we served in shop at all . As this weather we can’t leave our bake pastries outside the whole day . Please understand. We already told you instructions before you served. Thanks

Bought cakes from the cabinet only to get them home to find the pastry was soft and soggy. The cakes fell apart when removed from the box. They had obviously been in the cabinet for some time and were not fresh. These cakes ended up in the bin. Not only a waste of money but also very disappointing that cakes of this quality are sold to customers.
