Endless Summer Sweets

On Tuesday March 10th, Mr. Gomez started his job with us as a Dishwasher, we were not satisfied with his work and he said he was only use to working on Dishwashing machines. We both decided this was not going to work out and he wanted to get paid. He started filling out some paper work that is REQUIRED by LAW, however, he just stopped and wanted to get paid IN CASH. We DO NOT pay people under the table. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. Mr. Gomez took all his paper work with him W4, PAYROLL FORM, and a I-9, etc. and refused to fill it out. He mentioned why can’t I get paid like my wife in CASH. (HMMM, where does she work?) Proof he took his paperwork with him – see post where his friends and family are posting his paperwork with other FALSE information on Facebook and Community Links. Shouldn’t we have this in our possession, so we can pay him??? His family and friends are posting negative stuff about Endless Summer Sweets, and they never been here before. I have reported them and talked to a lawyer about DEFAMATION OF CHARACETER. We have video of him in our store, we have a text message of him threatening us. We are a small family owned business AND it is NOT FAIR that Mr. Gomez does not want to pay taxes. I have too pay taxes and I am sure a lot of us hard working people are paying our fair share. WHY SHOULD HE NOT???
