Ever since I was a child, when I thought of cake, I thought of entremets. Last winter, my child said, ``Chocolate cake is good for Christmas,'' so I wanted to try it for the first time in a while, so I made a reservation. I was told that there would be a free gift as a bonus for early reservations, but when I went to pick it up on the day, there was no explanation, just a small madeleine. I would have liked at least an explanation as to whether or not it was a gift. (Since it's Christmas, I was wondering if I could get something with a Santa motif...) There were several female clerks who appeared to be young students. Maybe it was because it was mid-morning, but everyone seemed sleepy, or rather unfriendly. This is just my personal opinion, but I think people are excited to buy cakes. However, when you walk into a store and see a line of scary-looking ladies, your fun will be ruined. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I don't want to say that smiling customers is the norm, but I can at least pray that they don't treat children with such an attitude. The taste has not changed since ancient times, and it is delicious with a simple and gentle sweetness. I don't like fresh cream, but I can eat Entremet's fresh cream. The children also enjoyed eating them. I'll visit you again.
